Great culture and team

Pros

- Great workplace culture - Fun work environment (regular team events, Slack channels catering to different interests and hobbies, complementary snacks) - Good pace of work (I never felt too busy or overwhelmed)

Cons

- Sick days and personal days are combined into a small offering of what are called wellness days. I was always worried about getting sick for longer than a couple days and using up my leave. - It's still a small company, so growing pains as the business needs shifts are to be expected and could change the pace or structure of the work. More of a reality than a con, but it can be a challenge.
