Cons

The salary offered is lower than the industry average. Partly due to being located in Victoria.

Awesome leadership, fun atmosphere, always something new coming down the pipe

Older building so it makes the office very cold some days.

While we are proud of our beautiful office in a heritage building at the end of Victoria's historic and famous Chinatown, we agree that it can get quite chilly in the winter!
