You'll get to learn a lot and interact with really smart people Flexible hours You'll have the chance to make changes which could potential improve workflows for the entire company Base pay is competitive compared to other material handling integrators (Good job getting top talent)

Cons

Startup company culture which comes with lots of last minute requests and they need to be met by all costs

Pros

The biggest plus is the people, lot of smart people who you can learn from. Everyone is super approachable. Decent benefits. There's a lot of scope for learning, if you're willing to put in the effort.

Cons

1. You might be on the road for long periods, depending on what team you're working on. The work hours when you travel is just crazy. 2. Compensation is much below market standards. 3. Not the best place if you care about work life balance.

Lots of travel depending on position. Some disorganization and lack of followup. Acquired twice within a year - pros and cons there.
