Four top management changes in the last six years. No one knows what to do and are afraid to make a move and risk being

Pros

Alot of hard work and long hours if that is what you are looking for. The current management (Centerbridge) is slashing costs by cutting labor first.

Cons

Low pay with no chance for promotion or a pay increase. Poor working environment. The company is in financial trouble and has been since 2008 and the outlook is getting worse with every management change. Stay away from this nightmare.

Good staff. Hard working people

Cons

Management treats their people like crap. I was on PTO for 3 days and the management told everyone they fired me before even talking to me. They are known for treating their people and customers like crap.

Management team is dishonest. They are not as smart as they pretend to be. I can't wait for the new CEO to catch on.
