no raises on the horizon, even with new mgmt team

Pros

Locally, we do our job and stay under the corporate radar. It's a job with benefits and not standing in the unemployment line.

Cons

New mgmt promised changes, appears to be just same crap, different suits. Were promised raises if we met budget numbers, then budget numbers were revised upwards in March so nobody will qualify for any pay increases.
