Pros

Free healthcare WFH opportunities are available Entry to mid level employees are extremely friendly and welcoming

Cons

Several bad hiring decisions at corporate poisoned the company culture with ego, incompetence and complacence. “Executives”are EXTREMELY overpaid and barely produce anything other than excuses and unfulfilled promises. The only time you’ll ever see leadership is at the corny 11:11 huddle. Decisions are made at the top without including others CONSTANTLY. Employer stopped 401k matching, promised “something better” has yet to deliver… going on 3+ years Long term employees are dropping like flies, not exactly a good sign

Pros

free health plan for self and immediate family members

Cons

training will be more hands-on learning; depending on the person, this can be either a con or pro. You'll definitely need to be open to be able to adapt with any procedure changes, which happen often and is posted in either email or our company's messenger posts. You'll definitely need a keen eye for detail as a Member Experience Operator (formally known as Care Logistics). work/life balance is not as balanced as they say it is. they prefer you to just stick with your scheduled shift and decline any switching of shifts unless you give weeks advance notice. They prefer you to switch shift weeks in advance so that you don't use your PTO time, which would save them from having to pay you your PTO and having to pay out overtime to another employee. being told that we can be reviewed for a pay raise at ANY time during our career with the company, but after you put more effort into your position that you should have, they decline your pay raise. this has been done with different past and current employees. raises are not offered if you are in a position of being paid the max for that position (they don't pay you more for being fluent in other languages). the only way to obtain a raise is to take on a higher position, if available, per leadership. we see a lot of AMAZING employees leave due to a lack of work/life balance, pay raise requests, as well as room for growth in the company.
