Pros

The people outside of management are great. No premiums on health insurance.

Cons

Your management team is a joke. No 30, 60 or 90 day review. They ask you to be honest with them, and when you are, that's too hard for them to handle so they fire you. If you make a mistake there's no probation period, they just fire you. You are expected to do a 6 man job by yourself half of the time. They are understaffed. They misinform members and you get to deal with the backlash. This company's customers hate Redirect Health.
