Pros

I've been here almost 2 years and can say the company is always evolving and pushing forward. Leadership is focused on continuous improvement and meet often. The culture is energetic, supportive, and truly collaborative. Free healthcare is nice.

Cons

Sometimes moving too fast? Lots of changes in our team and some leaders seem on different pages and are vocal about it.

It was a bit of a mess...

Pros

Most coworkers were friendly and believed in the product

Cons

The technology was very behind when I was there, making invoices on excel spreadsheets and had to update manually; I'm not 100% sure how well the product actually worked; management didn't stand by their employee's sides; refused to pay me for the growth I was at and continued to add extreme amount of work and stress rather than hire someone to help with the workload
