Cons
The leadership could care less about their employees. They enforce a culture that had not been adopted by them. President gets offended by something as simple as folding your arms in a meeting, even if you are cold. Some of the Senior Management will meet you in the hall, and not even acknowledge yet, yet they preach in the culture to "speak to others". The MSRs are underpaid. Not surprised....all of the money goes into the Senior Managements salaries. They are inconsistent in job requirements. Some Senior roles require a degree, some don't. Makes not logical sense. It's really used as a tool to pick who they want. The job descriptions are many times written just for their "buddy". Some of the VPs don't even have collge degrees.....
