Pros

Redstone has basically the same benefits that you can get with any other financial institution.

Cons

Dealing with rude, arrogant members. Co-workers that don't work. Unorganized meetings with no agenda, Required employee learning classes that are a waste of time. Management is usually difficult to locate if you have a problem. It appears that in order to move up within the credit union you must be female or a minority.

Cons

As a teller you will work every Saturday of the month. Management has their favorites and it shows. They do not promote from within a lot as they claim to, this institution is starting to turn into a bank. The pay is low compared to other institutions.
