I like my coworkers and some of the members. I like to help people and they offer good benefits.

Cons

There are too many people in management positions and not enough people working to do the jobs that need to be done. Our managers have told us that we will get better reviews if we will give a positive review on Glassdoor and Google so I am doing it anonymously because I do not think that is right. The people that work on the executive staff do to know what the tellers do but they think they are untouchable because they make a lot of money so they are better than everyone else. We are supposed to all be equal but we are not treated that way.

My coworkers and the environment that was when I started

The day I realized how corrupt the leadership team was, I knew it was time for me to leave. They preach accountability and pretend to have an unbiased ethics hotline, but the people that monitor this make excuses to protect each other. They will place the blame on others rather than realizing they are the problem. When the good employee continue to leave because you are ignoring them and blaming them and promoting people that do not deserve it, maybe the idiots in the Human Resource executive team and the people protecting them will finally look in a mirror. The benefits used to be great until the newest appointed person got greedy. They are not what they used to be.

Micromanagement Favoritism Managers get to decide what the rules are so the HR rules varies from branch to branch Constantly reminded that it is a right to work state Managers clash so it constantly feels like you’re in between two parents on the verge divorce
