Best company I've ever worked for

Pros

There's a lot to like about this company. The culture is sublime, feels like family much of the time. Extremely stable environment where you don't have to worry about layoffs. There's always a sense of not only your work being appreciated, but you as a person being appreciated. Great work life balance. Lots of perks like free food, catered lunches, team building events, etc.. Benefits package is top notch as well!

Cons

Being a smaller company, change can take time and there's also not a lot of growth potential.

The internal culture- non existent Knowing how to incorporate and adapted to the other cultures they are Joining their company without making them act the way they act

Pros

Wonderful benefits and perks: paid medical, dental and vision; fully stocked kitchen; dog friendly office. Team building trips fully paid for for you and a guest. Open door policy.

Cons

Too much work for too little pay. Training is lacking and they throw you into the deep end without much help.
