MUST ALWAYS PUT Member before Yourself

Pros

Great team to work with. Laid back

Cons

Even if the member is over the top screaming and angry you still have to be overly friendly to them instead of asking them to leave or else you can get written up. They want you to drink the Kool-Aid and become "one of them".

Pros

You can get discounts on loans, but if you leave the company they go back to their original price. There’s a big emphasis on community and team building.

Cons

Functions a lot like a cult. Don’t work here if you have religious trauma. You’ll rarely get two consecutive days off and management was always overworked and cranky. No benefits available to part time employees.
