Pay could be better. not much else would recommend if looking for a career interested in R and D small office-not many people

Management-- you can't get there unless you are related to someone or brownnosing the right person. This means everyone in a management role is a massive suck or shouldn't be there in the first place. the whole joint is going to fall apart in the next ten years because of the lack of leadership coming up the ranks!
