Good benefits, bad management

Pros

A lot of vacation days in benefits package, good health and retirement contribution.

Cons

Management is ineffective and wishy-washy. Little opportunity to take vacation, a lot of last-minute assigned nights and weekends with little planning or consideration of employees. Though promotion exists in title, it doesn't benefit employees because management micro-manages.

Salary, benefits, beautiful campus grounds and architecture

Cons

Inexperienced leadership with lack of crisis management experience and poor judgment leading to a dangerous environment for staff and students, blatant sexism that goes unaddressed, students and parents are coddled beyond belief, all behavior is excused under the guise of intellectual pursuit and freedom.
