Great staff, lunch meetings, half day Fridays during the summer, school schedule with lots of breaks, great retirement plan

Cons

The college is not as progressive as they think they are, lots of students of color express dissatisfaction with executive staff

Pros

Campus is beautiful. Benefits are decent. Use of the gym and pool available. Easy to get away with the bare minimum!

Cons

Backwards coworkers who don't represent the people they serve. Often mocked LGBTQIA+ students, some would comment on people's bodies and make inappropriate comments literally all the time. The department is a HR nightmare (unless you don't mind it being unprofessional- then it's pretty great).
