I work for a wonderful administrator and DNS who encourage me to reach beyond what I know and keep growing. The overall building atmosphere is one of teamwork and mutual respect regardless of job title. I see managers, myself included, providing direct patient care and answering call lights.

Cons

Insurance benefits are not the best.
