Pros

Very flexible schedule. Friendly staff and managers. Workload is reasonable. Management and nurses work very hard to make the residents and their families happy. Residents get very good care.

Cons

No way to work your way up unless you become a nurse. Raises are very small. Very unaffordable insurance plans available.

I feel bad for the residents

Pros

Residents and some employees minus management.

Cons

Management will cut hours as she sees fit if you said something to her that she does not like. Everyone wants to be the chief. Turn over rate is high in upper management as there is always someone out to get you when you cannot be controlled. I kept my mouth shut, did my hours and left.
