      Pros

      Every day is a gift to see patients improve and be able to gain their strength back. Interacting with all kinds of people, hearing life stories, leaves me with a smile when I go home.

      Cons

      Patient needs are not always met in the way I would like, but there are staffing shortages everywhere I think. Work environment could be more open minded.
