      hostile work enviroment

      great charge nurses,and some very nice residents

      Cons

      too much bullying from management and some coworkers,no employee representative and no followup from management on problems in the facility, some employees take too many smoke breaks and no concern for resident safety and thievery going on

      They did pay for CPR class and first aid, as well as background check and the med tech class... That's it

      Cons

      Commonly under staffed, no ppe provided for carestaff that provide cares for hep c positive people, not enough training
