• The flexibility of working remotely • The people are some of the most intelligent and supportive individuals I’ve ever worked with! • The diverse set of Regent products and all the continuous improvement to these products through the software development lifecycle. • Appreciate for and development of my skillset. • Being a part of a real team!

• Allow 15-minute allocations between meetings for employees to decompress – back-to-back meetings were not ideal

Pros

Some of the people were nice. Black hog for company events is great.

Cons

In general, if you're an IT person doing your job right, no one knows you're there. But when you are asked to do several major projects that support the business' bottom line and aren't recognized for basically keeping the place going, it's a slap in the face.
