Pros

The CEO of the company truly does care about the employees of this company and it can be seen in what he does on a daily basis and his attitude towards the employees. The environment is a very casual dress attire along with goods onsite to keep the employees in comfort. There are many planned outings for the Regent Education team where the company truly does strive to keep a satisfied workforce (This can also be a con as individual team acknowledgements are not seen).

Cons

With any small company the hours can get extremely long at the end of a deadline and this is one area where growth can only help the current employees. The lack of positive feedback to employees can be a damper to the moral of the employees at times (though the employees are very good at helping each other in this area). Even with the negatives which every company has I would be very quick to recommend this as an employer to friends and past co-workers.

Great Place to Work

Pros

Approachable leadership, forward thinking technology, collaborative work teams, challenging roles, great location and worthy cause. Employees get exposure to many aspects of the SDLC and there are opportunities to take on other responsibilities or roles. Family-oriented activities include company barbecues, trips to minor league baseball game, bowling, annual holiday party and outing to professional football game.

Cons

A growing company comes along with certain pains, but Regent makes efforts to address issues. When everyone is onsite office space is crowded but the company is moving into new space in 2016 to accommodate for its growth.
