The clients are amazing and kept me there much longer than I should have remained.

Cons

Management turned a blind eye to issues that would make them look bad to their superiors. Would not send my loved one here.

There will always be work because the needs of the population served are so great.

Cons

This used to be an amazing place to work with true dedication to the mission and vision and support of employees to get this done. However, the environment has changed. It is now a culture of fear and extremely toxic.
