Long hours, working alone in houses with multiple consumers, unsafe conditions, overworked, underpaid, little support, unable to reach HR, no avenues for complaints, ignored or belittled by management and office staff, constant staff turnover, hard work, job advertisement does not accurately describe work, poor treatment, no holiday pay for PRN employees, paperwork mismananagement in HR, hostility when discussing work-related injuries and no compensation for work-related injuries, little diversity in management and office staff

In my experience, there was not much support from management.
