Business Outlook
Pros
The mission is great. I felt like I was making a difference and felt good about the work I was doing. Co-workers and management were supportive. My supervisor was great and adopted a servant leadership style. I had the resources I needed, my case load was manageable, and clinical supervision was provided for free.
Cons
Salary wasn't as good as you'll find at other agencies. This line of work took a lot out of me emotionally, but that's more of a personal con than company con.
