I had a very difficult experience working here. The workload was extremely heavy, and management consistently lacked empathy toward employees. We had weekly goals that were absolutely insane, I consistently felt horrible every Friday from these fake, unattainable deadlines. Despite working very hard and tons of overtime, my efforts were met with negative feedback and frequent complaints rather than support or constructive guidance. The level of micromanagement was excessive and made it difficult to succeed. Time has passed since leaving and I am still recovering from the impact of this experience. I wanted to share this review because I relied on reviews when considering this role and hope it helps others make a more informed decision. I also want to note that while many reviews reference issues branch locations, the corporate side appears to face the same issues.
