Pros

The only pro’s to the company were the customers that walked through the door.

Cons

The VP of the state was a bully and would harass her employees. It didn’t matter how good your branch was running and the revenue you put on the books it still was never good enough. No advancement opportunities within the company period. They would have enough trust in you to be a fill in manager or be the go to person for the entire district but wouldn’t promote higher than a branch manager

Pros

Supervisors and VPs are great

Cons

Goals are now unattainable. Managers make less money than their employees. They claim they paid too much in the 1st quarter so we are being punished every month after w how much we can make.

Pros

None there are literally none. Well location isn’t bad I guess and they have coffee and sometimes free food. But I’ll buy coffee before I work there

Cons

Terrible management, I read all the reviews and thought it would be fine. But it wasn’t. They don’t listen, they are stuck up and for what? You’re tricking people who are in trouble into taking high interest loans.
