Pros

There are no pro's when working for a company like this.

Cons

Management sucks ...!!!!!!! There's no organization had I known this prior to leaving my long term job I wouldn't have came I promised a raise upon getting hired I was then told that it wouldn't happen after getting hired and that it would be a whole year before I could even receive a review the hours suck and working Saturdays are a BIG NO NO the manager I had was very rude, belligerent, and pessimistic, by far the worst manager I've ever had in my life he didn't like new ideas nor did he like people who had a mind of their own the "asst. manage" position was just a title you had no authority because he wanted to do everything himself and made sure he knew every single move even down to a pen dropping at 1:45 pm it was unnecessary and didn't improve the store's growth or performance it only made matters worst !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have another choice take another job and let this job be

Pros

Good bonus program. Finally stopped using ledger cards!

Cons

No loyalty, bad training. When I was promoted to manager, I was simply moved to a new office. No training, no expectations given. Then, when they didn't like the results, they asked me to adhere to a set of metrics which had never been explained to me before. They do not have standardized training for any position. If you went to 10 offices and asked them to do the same task, you would see it done 10 different ways. Also, I was let go without notice. No write-up, no 30 day plan, nothing. I found out afterwards all the back room shenanigans that were going on. That is very unprofessional. In addition, for the four years before I became manager, 7 manager positions came open in my territory. They only posted for 1 of them. The rest were simply announced as filled. That is very unfair to the assistant managers. My job was filled immediately by someone they were eager to promote. Again, no other assistant mangers were given the opportunity to apply.

Pros

None. There is nothing good about this place. I am glad that I was fortunate enough to find a wonderful job I love!

Cons

The office we were in had mold, they did nothing to fix it. They told us we were lying about it, until the supervisor came in and 2 days later ended up in the hospital. The manager was lazy, she was only allowed to stay because the higher ups felt bad for her and her sob stories. I busted my rear in that office for over 6 years and had nothing to show for it. I was thrown under the bus for stuff I didn't even do.
