      Ok company if you dont need to make alot of money

      3 weeks vacation to start out. Medical, dental, vision and 401k

      Cons

      More collections than anything. Small bonuses for top performers. Small raises

      You have a job and get a small check semi monthly

      Cons

      Manager, upper management, pay sucks. Goals keep going up and never ending. Nothing is ever good enough.

      Decent benefits and bonuses if you can get them

      Cons

      High stress at all times and bonuses are set to reward standard performance while top performers are driven out. They would rather pay more people small amounts than reward top performers. And yearly reviews are a joke. You only get a good review if your supervisor likes you. A lot of favoritism. And the corporate office has a totally different agenda than helping the branches succeed.
