Large varied environment. Very positive organization. Relatively updated equipment. Minimal managerial interference. Passionate employees. There wasn't a lot of positive here. Just wasn't

Cons

Lack of IT Vision. Most of staff came over from an abandoned Outsourced IT project, and it shows. Focus on status quo and letting the vendors drive IT. Management's lack of understanding of IT, and laws that affect IT puts organization and employees at risk of legal action
