I cannot give a good review for Regional One Health

Pros

People are friendly and the pay is good. The staff for most part is great. Everyone is compassionate and caring.

Cons

There is not any type of structure or procedures within the departments. The leadership does not manage for effective results. Staff is stressed and overworked especially management. Management and employees do not have any accountability and this is in all there departments.

Pros

Really enjoyed the team I worked with and the departments that I worked with. Very open and friendly. Peers willing to lend a hand or a smile. Department heads are approachable. Great opportunities to learn the applications. Very hands on.

Cons

Management team could be stronger, a lot of turn over in management team. Uneven distribution of work. No Accountability. Not much room for advancement, especially if pursuing a non-management position. No work life balance.
