      Pros

      Regions Financial is a huge company spanding the Southeast. They also to offer excellent training, and most of the people are friendly.

      Cons

      If you are working under a horrible Senior Manager or a Sales Manager, regardless of excellent performance you may not move up without resignation and looking elsewhere. It is a 50/50 toss up when you are placed in a branch and there are to many senior managers there from the old days of banking who basically are just collection a paycheck.

      9-5 type of so I is a good stepping stone to something else.

      Cons

      they dont really trust lower level branch associates - the technology is awful - very nice computer on the desk, but everything request a paper form in order to update information on customers accounts
