Dealing with the understaffed nursing department is absolutely horrible, you will be required to do CNA work in order to bring your patients to therapy.

Therapists told to put patients at ultra levels for treatment. Asked to provide different treatment depending on payor source. Must speak to program director if you want to evaluate the patient only. Write up if you do not meet productivity. Told to work off the clock even though it is not legal. Poor organization of program for therapy schedule. Lack of organized staffing and hiring. No discussion of any quality measures for treatment at all. Terrible morale. No accountability for lack of ethics by management for treatment guidelines not followed. Very few if any raises and no performance evaluations. Lack of up to date equipment for therapy.
