      Pros

      They contract with many facilities, so if my regular building's caseload is low, I can go to another location to get more hours. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Tons of pressure to pickup patients who do not need or are otherwise inappropriate for treatment, pressure to see patients for more time than necessary, all about productivity, will never have your back if the facility questions your therapy. There is no concern for clinicians and their clinical judgment.

      Pros

      Very little pros with this company. The pay is good, but it's not worth the constant stress that the higher ups force on the employers.

      Cons

      The turn around with this company is ridiculous. The admin team would rather see employees fail than improve the over all outcomes for the facility. Admin team is extremely petty & bullies/spreads rumors/makes fun of any 'team' member. Surprised the current admin team has been able to get away with all of the sketchy/questionable things that they do.

      management focuses on productivity above patient care little concern by senior management for employees therapists are pushed to be unethical in order to make minutes constantly changing policies; each change worse than the last
