      Pros

      In a hospital setting, no rediculous rugs minutes to capture. Management is not going to squeeze whatever they can to get minutes and revenue from their patients and the therapists. Nice staff and co workers. Flexible schedule with leaving for appointments during the day. It's a trade off for a less stressful environment from a higher paid high stress position

      Cons

      Pay is lower in hospital settings than nursing homes and snfs. Not sure of how hospitals rank against home health or schools. Caseload runs high as a rule, with lack of consistent prn staff.

      Pros

      There are great therapists at great facilities that are trying to do their job of getting patients better. If program director is realistic and appreciative, work environment could be better.

      Cons

      Extremely unrealistic about productivity and expectations, especially documentation expectations for evaluating therapists. It's nearly impossible to meet their productivity expectations, their workload, and treat patients ethically at the same time. Something must give, which if you want to keep your job, unfortunately it's the ethics. Management treats employees like numbers and they are very dishonest and avoid any challenge to their dishonesty.

      Pros

      Reat coworkers and staff at facility, great location with a lot of things to do. Every good except the company and its unrealistic expectaions and productivity

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, poor benifits and no vacation opportunities do to coverage an lack of coverage. Poor management especially district managers. Hours cut with low census
