Pros

Decent PTO accrual. Annual reimbursement for CEUs and clothing/shoes.

Cons

I worked for Rehabcare for 9 years after they absorbed our Therapy Department. Not only did I never receive an annual review in that time, but I received NO RAISE in the 9 years since my initial hire! They continually increase health insurance premiums, removed floating holidays, demanded we work holidays for STRAIGHT PAY, and are now mandating staff Therapists and Assistants to rotate weekends. I won't even get into the absurd productivity expectations. No loyalty whatsoever for years of service or respect for employees as human beings with families and aspirations for growth. Very cold and calculating upper management.

Pros

The coworkers at the facility were great. If the manager is helpful, then it could be a good experience.

Cons

The use of the Ipad mini for point of service documentation and clocking in/out for each patient is very challenging, time consuming, and tedious for PRN employees and it is not conducive to perform quality patient care. As for the company, my experience is minimal with them, but they seem to be quick to hire, but also quick to terminate people without any real justification.
