      Not Worth the Stress

      Pros

      The people are very nice here and I like working with a lot of my coworkers. The work can be fun at times as well if you end up on a good contract.

      Cons

      Promotions are basically a popularity contest. There are no real benchmarks you need to meet to be promoted so it's just a crap shoot. Leadership spends hours trying to find everything wrong with what you are doing instead of rewarding you for doing something right. Everyone in leadership is not in their positions because of merit but because they happened to be with the company during the "good old days" (newsflash partners, its 2023 not 2003). You will be burnt out, undervalued, and actively undermined. Just apply somewhere else.

      Pros

      The company puts on an amazing front. The produce good work and have some impressive clients.

      Cons

      The inner workings of the company are chaotic. They lack real leadership and don't care for their employees. Reingold underbids to win contracts and then overworks their employees and sub-contractors. During the hiring process they make promises that they never fulfill.

      Growing Pains

      Pros

      -Reingold works with some great clients who make a difference in the community and throughout the country. -The office is very casual -They allow you to be entrepreneurial.

      Cons

      -There is an overall lack of structure. This is surprising considering the company has been around for a while but for many things considered standard in some offices, there is no standard SOP here. -With the office being casual, it almost becomes too casual at times with work being slowed down and such. -While the upper management encourages the entrepreneurial spirit, management does not give employees the tools to put those ideas to work.
