Growing pains have been real. Finding a balance between structure/process and the self-starter mentality of Reingold's days a smaller firm has been challenging at times. Sometimes the tendency to want to bend over backwards for clients can create issues with overcommitting staff and resources.

Should I start with the fact that management is super out of touch? They speak to the culture of Reingold being entrepreneurial, but that is really an excuse for a lack of corporate vision and very little support for employees. Most quality work is done by a few people that stand out; but compensation, promotions, and opportunities are doled out based on personal preference. It all creates a culture that on the surface seems genuine and cordial, but under the surface, you'll see that employees will throw others under the bus to stand out. I would not ever recommend Reingold.
