Benefits: Paid vision, dental and medical.

Cons

Compensation is below market = high turnover. Management is too reactive to staffing resources. They are not transparent with any sudden staffing changes. Claim they value you but they don't and will exploit you with the inequality of salary across the board.

Pros

It's a hit or a miss. Either you love it or you don't. Experience truly depends on the project you are working on and your manager.

Cons

Better training for managers is definitely needed. They blame team's bad performance for not being able to manage correctly.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Challenging work. Opportunities for growth. A lot of employees are very active in community service and social activities, and the company supports a lot of these activities.

Cons

There isn't a lot of hand holding to start, requires people to be self sufficient. Studying for the RCA is stressful in your first 4 to 8 weeks. You have to pass it or they will fire you. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but not everyone is capable of learning a brand new software and passing a difficult test on that software in a short amount of time. Applicants should really consider whether or not they are capable of succeeding in this environment before applying. Leaving a job, only to fail the test 6-8 weeks later (after the retries) and getting fired does happen.
