      - Adheres to Polish labor law well - Equity as part of compensation package (super rare in the area)

      Cons

      - Equity as part of compensation package: nobody says how much it actually is, it's a carrot on a stick you're supposed to chase for four years while not even knowing how big it is. Many people, including management, vaguely hint that the payoff might be large, but nobody will tell you how much they got in the past liquidity events. - Competitive landscape based on LoC counts (at least in some teams) - Career advancement system promotes undermining one's co-workers and fosters a toxic work environment

      Nice people. Interesting work. Good culture.

      Cons

      “Company’s doing great!” Then pay us like it. Unless you get promoted each year (unlikely obviously), you can expect your salary to not even keep up with inflation. With inflation calculations, I earn less than I did when I started almost four yrs ago.

      - The people you work with are actually awesome and care about one another

      Cons

      - Poor leadership and management, which is only getting increasingly worse. Additionally, management does not seem to care about employee well-being - Pay was below industry standards, with little to no meaningful cost of living adjustments - The company is heavily focused on expanding internationally and chooses to backfill US roles abroad (which also increases workload of remaining employees)
