Pros

Based on the team, you could have good culture. Lot to learn. They train you well. They over communicate to be on same page.

Cons

Unless you negotiate good salary at the start, you will stuck with poor increases. Long working hours. You are expected to work on weekend and evening on regular basis for supporting flaky software. Senior management often interfere in engineering decision making and make poor decisions.

Pros

I have been with the company for roughly 4 months, and I am still in training, so please take that into consideration with this review. Environment: *No dress code (don't ruin it for us) *Free fresh fruit and beverages *Showers (yes, really) *Quarterly pancake breakfasts *Zen Room to rest or meditate *Adjustable desks if you prefer to stand *Internal vending machine *In Customer Support, you get a tablet *Relativity Gives program to volunteer *Hub rooms to collaborate *Corners on each floor to meet/hangout *No cublicles *Haven't met 1 mean person *Clear company goals & values *CEO shares confidential info *Managers are personable & accessible *Feedback is encouraged both ways *Many internal resources to learn or train *Relativity Fest! Benefits: *$3,000 training budget to use externally *Great pay *Large Shift differential in night/weekend *Pre-tax Cost for transportation to work *Discounts for gym memberships *Willing to teach you (I was hired straight after college)

Cons

Only one I feel exists. For video game nerds, working here sometimes feels like playing Dark Souls: you need to git gud. Basically, there's a lot to learn, and the company is very much about employees figuring out problems and coming up with solutions themselves (Doing More With Less). You will suffer and struggle, but you'll be better for it when you do succeed. It's all to prepare you to be a problem solver, no matter your position. If you've ever struggled with managing your time or prioritizing tasks, this place will quickly whip you into shape. Because of this, it sometimes feels like management is too hands-off, but they are more than willing to answer questions or help you out.

Very young, vibrant high tech company; by young i do not mean immature. Good people, awesome culture, great benefits, good salary, positive energy, very smooth on-boarding process.

Cons
