      I really don’t think are any pros to note.

      Cons

      RELI group used to be a good company to work for but they have went WAY down hill the last few years. Now they are racist, sexist, and greedy. The owner and now CEO only cares about the bottom line. They do not care about the individual people that work there whatsoever. Not only is their HR incompetent but most of the leadership team has been replaced of left willingly. The fact that they openly allow racist remarks to employees and don’t do anything about it speaks for itself. I’m ashamed to have even worked for this company. Advice to any person looking for employment, PLEASE consider somewhere else.

      -Company provided training -Nice staff -Functions like a small company, is refreshing

      Cons

      -There's no indication of a family leave program, it would be nice to add that onto the benefits

      Reli started off strong, then failed to lift up high-performers

      Standard benefits package, four weeks vacation

      Cons

      Poor communication is rampant within this company. They protect management, leaving the lower level employees to take the brunt of any and all blame there may be over a situation. To put trust in your manager to then have them turn their back on you with no explanation whatsoever is a very poor way to build employee morale.
