      Pros

      Very little to say which is positive, other than its a pay check.

      Cons

      Very haphazard environment, little to no strategic direction. Horrible benefits.

      Thank you for your review on our organization. Our benefits package has expanded as our organization has grown. We have hired over 75 FTEs in 2018 and have developed an organized corporate strategy to continue to grow.

      I really don’t think are any pros to note.

      Cons

      RELI group used to be a good company to work for but they have went WAY down hill the last few years. Now they are racist, sexist, and greedy. The owner and now CEO only cares about the bottom line. They do not care about the individual people that work there whatsoever. Not only is their HR incompetent but most of the leadership team has been replaced of left willingly. The fact that they openly allow racist remarks to employees and don’t do anything about it speaks for itself. I’m ashamed to have even worked for this company. Advice to any person looking for employment, PLEASE consider somewhere else.

      I'd Think Twice

      Pros

      Shift hours, hourly rate, great manager (in my case), nice colleagues, helpful HR

      Cons

      IT department (can't emphasize this enough), outdated technology (especially for timesheets & taking calls), at times an excessively laid back approach to what can become major business issues
