      Pros

      - The right system architecture and people to actually get autonomous flight certified by the FAA. Strong safety culture while also going fast, not getting too bogged down in process during R&D. - Very smart and accomplished engineers - Unlimited PTO. Good work life balance for the most part. There are sprints and crunch periods, but overall pretty good for a startup.

      Cons

      - Most of the company is remote, can be a bit isolating and frustrating for the on-site team - Management is Ok. Not bad, but not great. - Compensation is not great if you live in the Bay. Stock options (ISOs) don't make up for this.

      Pros

      Working at Reliable has been the highlight of my career, I work with brilliant people who force me to learn every day. The company culture treats you as family, epitomized as "be excellent to each other, and party on". There's zero bureaucratic BS, everyone is working to achieve the same goal and you only work on things which actually matter rather than paperwork. The company is supportive of remote work as well.

      Cons

      There is a ton of work to do, the company is still small so you don't have the same infrastructure and tools that larger companies have such as stress calculators or design standards. Work can be fast-paced as a result, where you need to come up with a solution that doesn't involve spending 3 months building a tool first.
