Laid back management easy schedule

Cons

The recruiter gave me offer, apparently it was not agreeable but never told to me and paid less. Also lowered PRN RATE , without notification, so pay was " more fair" to full time.

Good benefits, competitive salary, coworkers are great. Trying to make it work , the company is trying to be tech savvy,

Very unrealistic expectations of staff, unethical coworkers who just want to keep the higher ups off your back , no recognition of successes , difficult corp people who have never been a therapist

It was close to my home and the pay was ok but not differentiated between employees and director with more responsibilities.

Cons

Director has to have own contacts for PRN help and are fully responsible for having enough PRN staff to cover needs. Does not stand behind employees. Difficult at times to communicate with with regional staff/supervisors.
