Pros

At a couple of the facilities I rarely work in, there are a small handful of great and loyal therapists.

Cons

Unrealistic (to put it mildly) productivity expectations for prn therapists and therefore no work. Which means there's (prob) alot of unscrupulous practices going on per another long term therapist and my discussion. It's really sad, (not to mention unethical and illegal), because the patients/residents ultimately pay in their quality of THEIR care.
