Pros

They pay on time, and are computerized

Cons

They expect 95 percent productivity and do not have rehab aides to help with filing. You are expected to file. Some of their buildings do not have computers in the gym, so point of care documentation is impossible. If you say ANYTHING about this, they will find something on you, dismiss you to PRN status, and then give you a few hours of work before your pay rate changes, and never call you again. Do not work full time for them if you are an OT or PT especially. I have a very good reputation as a therapist, and they let me go for ridiculous reasons ( one was an outright lie about me). I hope therapists all over the country wake up and do not work for this country. I feel they get rid of you because they are afraid you will report them, and want to dismiss you before you find evidence to report. I have seen activity that is unethical and more but I can't prove it or I would have reported them. They do this everywhere, and I was warned about this company but wanted to give them a chance. I should have heeded the warning as I did not deserve to be treated the way I was.

Pros

There are no pros that indicated anything suggestive of employee appreciation and overall ethical service delivery.

Cons

Asking the DOR to break into a locked shredder waste container in a medical facility in order to "glue and photo copy" destroyed documents with clinician signatures on them to send to medicare and instructed to "make them look legitimate"

Fraudulent Company

Pros

The pay is decent for the area.

Cons

The company blatantly encourages fraudulent billing Micromanages your time down to the minute Unrealistic productivity requirements (90%+) Bonuses for management staff if therapists meet productivity (encouraging fraud) Require you to evaluate every patient in the building, even if they don't come in with eval orders Require you to pick up patients who are not appropriate for therapy Unrealistic therapy time requirements Zero support for clinical staff Profits before patients No holiday pay Won't let you use PTO to cover holidays Won't let you use PTO if there's no coverage (and there's never coverage) If you're sick, you're expected to make it up on the weekend. Do yourself a favor and don't sign on with Reliant.
