Pros

Honestly none. Patients were wonderful but miserable because facility kept them way too long

Cons

When I tell you you could cut the stress and tension in the gym with a knife. I'd spend my day trying to justify treatments. Most of the caseload didnt need or want therapy. Med B patients on for 90 min for wheelchair adjustment. I refused to do it and became a target of the fraudulent brown noses. One therapist would show up when he felt like it sit on his laptop, see nobody and then leave when he felt like it. Hed bill from home, management knew of this and allowed it. I reported the whole thing and then got laid off on oct 1. Avoid this company

Pros

They offer benefits and PTO accrual

Cons

Productivity standards are ridiculous. They don’t care about the patient or the employee it’s ALL about profit. They will push you to do concurrent treatment and point of service documentation to get 100% productivity or above. They will force you to float to different buildings to get your hours. Good luck trying to use your PTO! And HR is crap, doesn’t listen to your concerns immediately takes the company’s side. This company doesn’t value experienced therapists, they will easily replace you with a new hire.

Pros

Great pay up front but don’t expect to get a raise thereafter.

Cons

• Can’t trust management to be honest and stick to their word on anything they say. • Unrealistic productivity standards that force employees to bill unethically. • If you’re in this career to provide quality care to your patients, this isn’t the place for you.
