      pay, flexibility, free CEUs, pay for license renewal

      Perhaps this is unique to my site, but training was basically non-existent. expect to have a full caseload by day two and little to no guidance. I had no idea where to find basic, a print out of which nurses had which patients, who those nurses are, and I felt and looked dumb.

      long hours, forced to see patients longer then necessary for RUG levels, 95% productivity, no communication between local buildings, regions based off contracts and therapists forced to drive hours away to get hours at other facilities when there are ones closer

      One hour Lunches, Set hours, PTO, Paid on Time

      Cons

      Thrown to the wolves. No training what so ever. No upward growth, no possibility of moving into other departments. degrading pay for the amount of work you do. If you don't Kiss butt good luck getting a raise. No yearly reviews. Overloaded with recruiters. Managers do not know how to use the HRIS systems ( you learn this on your own).
