Pros

It is all about the culture of the rehab team. If they are positive, then your workday goes smoothly. Pay is decent for the most part.

Cons

A good chunk of your pay is taken out for benefits if you choose to work full-time, especially if you have children (not the greatest). If you are not full-time, you get no benefits (PTO/SICK HOURS), which is horrible for the part-time/PRN. Keep in mind part-time is just another way of saying PRN, FYI.
